Taste Profile :
The dry fragrance of this coffee presents notes of cocoa powder, lime zest, and almond. Once brewed, the aroma develops into prominent cocoa powder and lime zest characteristics.
When served hot, the flavor profile reveals notes of peanut and lime zest. As the coffee cools, the cup evolves into a sweeter profile with distinctive citrus, grape, and cocoa powder nuances.
The aftertaste is sweet and clean with a dry finish. The acidity is medium, featuring a bright citrus-like character. The body is medium with a smooth and soft texture.
